FitLife Paradise LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FitLife Paradise LLC, I want clients to understand the terms of their purchase before getting started. Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing any training, coaching, session package, or related service.

1. No Refunds

All purchases made through FitLife Paradise LLC are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal training sessions
• Online personal training programs
• In-person training packages
• Small group training packages
• Fitness programs
• Nutrition coaching
• Fitness challenges
• Consultation fees
• Digital products or materials
• Other fitness or coaching services

Once a purchase has been completed, FitLife Paradise LLC does not provide refunds for unused, partially used, or completed services, except where a refund is required by applicable law or otherwise agreed to in writing by FitLife Paradise LLC.

2. Cancellation of Unused Sessions

Clients may request cancellation of unused sessions within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Cancellation does not mean that a refund will be issued.

If you choose to cancel within the applicable 30-day period, any unused sessions will be canceled and will not be converted into a refund, cash value, account credit, or transfer to another person unless FitLife Paradise LLC agrees otherwise in writing.

After the 30-day cancellation period has passed, unused sessions are considered committed to the purchased package and cannot be canceled.

3. Used or Completed Sessions

Once a training session has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Completed sessions have no refundable cash value.

4. Missed Sessions and Late Cancellations

Clients are responsible for attending their scheduled sessions.

If you cancel a scheduled session with less than the required notice or fail to attend, the session may be considered used.

Late cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or replacement sessions unless FitLife Paradise LLC determines that an exception is appropriate.

5. Program Expiration

Training packages and sessions may have an expiration period communicated at the time of purchase.

Clients are responsible for using their sessions within the applicable period.

Unused sessions that expire are not refundable and do not automatically carry over into a future package.

6. Recurring Services

If a service includes recurring payments, canceling the service will stop future billing according to the applicable cancellation terms.

Cancellation of future billing does not create a refund for payments that have already been processed or services that have already been provided.

Clients are responsible for submitting cancellation requests before their next scheduled billing date.

7. Transfer of Services

Purchased sessions, programs, or coaching services are intended for the individual who purchased them.

Services may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person without prior written approval from FitLife Paradise LLC.

8. Exceptions

FitLife Paradise LLC may, at its discretion, make an exception to this policy in unusual circumstances.

Any exception must be approved in writing by FitLife Paradise LLC.

An exception in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in the future.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

9. How to Request Cancellation

Your cancellation request should include your name, the service or package purchased, and the date of purchase.

The 30-day cancellation period is determined by the date the cancellation request is received by FitLife Paradise LLC.

10. Agreement to This Policy

By purchasing FitLife Paradise LLC services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This policy should be read together with the FitLife Paradise LLC Terms & Conditions.

If there is a conflict between this policy and a specific written agreement provided to you for a particular service, the specific written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
